Good communications and support
Good communications and support. Octopus team are easy to get in contact with and respond quickly. I have had years of trying to get support for my faulty smart meters with Shell Energy and within a few months of being with Octopus they have repaired the electricity meter and now arranging to replace the gas meter. The latter being organised within few days of my reporting a problem with the meter.
